Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Peak Smiles. We hope you are happy with your new items. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help.


Returns
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also accept returns of damaged or defective items.
You can return items by mail or by bringing them to our store in person.


Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.  
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of used or opened items.
We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original packaging.


Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this return and refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
