You've made the decision to straighten your teeth, so now choose us. At Peak Smiles we have made getting started with Invisalign® treatment extremely easy. You can choose one of three ways to begin treatment.

Request an Invisalign Records Appointment at a Peak Smiles partner dental office
The Invisalign® Records appointment will give staff at a Peak Smiles partner dental office the ability to get to know you, your concerns and your improvements desired. They will also gather clinical information, take photographs and possibly take a FREE 3D digital scan of your teeth.
All the information is sent to Invisalign and Peak Smiles.
Your case will be assigned to one of the Peak Smiles' dentists, and when ready, we will share the movies of the proposed outcome with you.

Start a Virtual Consultation
Our Virtual Consultation will give us the ability to get to know you, your smile concerns and will give us the ability to determine if you are a good candidate for Invisalign® treatment with Peak Smiles.
With the virtual consultation, we will ask you to upload some digital photos and include a short video, if desired.
